Our Team

Ada Ngoka, our Lead Actuary, is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.  A lifelong learner, she keeps up with all Continuing Education requirements, and is well prepared to address changes in the regulatory environment, and the latest tools and methods. 

Ada has over 17 years of experience as an actuary in a variety of roles. After graduating with a Bachelors degree in Mathematics from UCLA, she began her career as a defined benefit consultant at Watson Wyatt (now Towers Watson).  Her career has also included work in Property Casualty rate making and reserving at Assurant Solutions, and assumption management for Long Term Disability products at Lincoln Financial Group. She also has over seven years of experience in leading pricing, reserving, financial reporting, and data analytics for Group Accident & Health products. This knowledge base makes her well suited to provide data driven insights and solutions for her clients.

She enjoys hiking, volunteering and spending time with her friends and family.
